Every day, I am reminded of just how inelegant and inconvenient my cell phone charging setup is. That’s because, against all sound advice—sorry, Arianna—at night, I store my phone on my bedside table. And each morning, when I wake up and unplug the device, the cord drops unceremoniously onto my hardwood floor in a sorry (and loud) heap. The clothes may be put away and the bed made, but that tangle of wires remains there for the rest of the day, mocking any attempts at order in my room.

These seven good-looking and clever task lights make it easy to neatly charge your mobile devices— either via wireless charging or a built-in USB port. No more crawling under your bed in search of a charging wire!
